Winnie,Texas 77665 409-296-3801 | I have been doing Genealogy Research since about 1976.I am seeking information on"Samuel Bradshaw and his wife Nancy Rhoades".It is believed Nancy Rhoades was Choctaw Indian.They are the gr gr gr gr Grand parents of Max,They married in 1804 in Davidson Co.,Tennessee. They had 4 children born in Tennessee.Elisha born 1810 who married Nancy Starnes. Elizabeth no information,William born 1812 married Margaret Elizabeth Graham.Rebecca born 1813 married George Henry Awalt. In 1830 they lived in Tishomingo,Co.Mississippi.They lost their Indian land after The Battle of Dancing Rabbit Creek.They moved back to Tennessee. Alfred George born July 17, 1845 in Iowa died March 15, 1912 in Merkle,Texas.We need his wifes name.His daughter Jenny Lee George married William Fleming Jordan.Their daughter was Max's Mother.Mildred Alxander Jordan married Orbie Lee Bradshaw. Max was born in Alpine,Texas. Joyce was born in Frost, Texas. |
