Here are brother and sister in Westlake, Louisiana in the spring of 1992. Billy Edward Brewer, better known as "Bill" to family and friends, is a retired Chief Warrant Officer, U.S. Army. Most of his 20-year military career was served with the JAG Corps and included two tours of duty in Vietnam. For the record, Doris Elizabeth prefers to be known as "Darcy".
