Emma Lee Culpepper (1904-1991) is the mother of Loris Orrin Brewer Jr., Lee Orrin Brewer, and John Grady Brewer (1932-1969). Born near the town of Red Rock in Bastrop County Texas, Emma Lee was the fifth of twelve children (six girls and six boys) born to William Henry Culpepper (1875-1944) and Ida Tommy Culberson Culpepper (1878-1939). This snapshot was taken about December 1954 at Emma's home in Lockhart, Texas.
