| Welcome...to the BRIZIUS Family Home Page.We have just started our Family searches, so any and all information will be greatly appreciated. Other associated Family names we would like to hear about include: HUWE...BAMFORD...HORNBUCKLE...VETTER...DUCKWALL and ROBERSON. ._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._. We had the opportunity to travel to Indiana and Kentucky this summer, and were able to learn so much about the BRIZIUS family line. We were able to located the resting places for Karl Ludwig Brizius, our ancestor that came to the US from Birkenfeld, Oldenburg, Germany, in 1847. We found the Brizius family members were almost founding fathers of Newburgh,Indiana. Through these findings we were also able to find much information about the ROBERSON side of the family also. It has been an exciting and rewarding summer for us in our genealogy researching.._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._.We look forward to the upcoming publication of the HORNBUCKLES of AMERICA book that is to be available hopefully this next summer. We know now that there are many Hornbuckles out there, and that there are still many gaps to fill in our family tree, especially in the more recent generations.
