I am researching the Briscoe family from Baltimore, Md. Ambrose Briscoe is as far back as I can go based on recordings from my late Aunt Sis. I don't know where he came from but I intend to hit the archives in Baltimore to find out. In addition, I intend to research all the surnames in my family. This is a mammoth undertaking and will take the rest of my life I am sure. I will use all resources that I can find. It will be important to recruit family members to share in this commitment. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have. Research for this Family Tree is the result of the hard work of many people living and dead. I want to thank them all for sparking my interest. We need to continue developing our tree. We owe it to our families to go back and record who our relatives were and who we are to date. |
