This is the family tree of Diana Briere nee Schell. My fahter Cecil was a direct descendent of John Cristian Schell of Shells Bush. I am proud of my heritage and plan to go as far as possible to learn more of all those in between. My fathers line came from Federick who was John Christians son. Fredrick was injured in the thigh by a bullet and was lame for life. His son was Joseph and Josephs son was Nathaniel and Nathaniels son was Charles, who was my great grandfather. My grandfather was William. This brings us to to my father Cecil.I had a difficult time getting all this information together annd am also proooud to find out we are Dutch. We all thought we were of Irish descent.This will probably show itself when I search further into all the grandmothers background.We have blond thin hair and we have brown/black haired people in our family,but my grandfather William definatley looks Dutch in his picture. |
