My father was born in 1889 in Aston Manor,2 miles from Birmingham city centre.This is all part of Birmingham now.My grand parents were Arthur born 1861 and Esther Grice born 1859 both from Birmingham.There known children were Arthur, Alfred, and Caroline.
Arthurs father was Henry born 1838 and mother Mary Anne Tetstall born 1839.
Henry's father was Edward born 1819 and mother Anne Trethean born 1819.
Edward's father was Henry born 1783 in London and made a living as a Gun Stocker.
