My Great Grandpa was the sheriff of Jackson Parish Louisiana. He served about a year and a half.Cicreo's picture hangs in the halls of the Jackson parish Sheriff's office. His picture is the oldest one there.

He passed away while going to the funeral service of his brother,Ted shelton kelley's child,Ted Larry Kelley.He would have been my only whole brother.Ted Larry was only a few mo.s old when he died. (1962) I was told Ted Larry's funeral was the same day Howard died. Two days later Uncle Howard had is funeral service.
