The Brimer Family

Kenneth, Jr., Kenneth, Robert, Johathon, William, Joseph, Benjamin. My Brimer lineage came from Alabama to Texas in 1892. The Brimers came to Alabama through Georgia in the early 1800's from South Carolina where Joseph Brimer b.1760 fought for the North Carolina Militia in the 1780's while he and his wife Celia Heard lived in South Carolina. He was the son of Benjamin Brimer b. abt. 1740 who died in 1803 in the Pendleton Distirct of South Carolina. Benjamin could be the son of Hans Michael Jurig Brimer who arrived in Philidelphia in 1733 from Germany and settled in Orangeburg Township, South Carolina in 1735. Info. available
