The Brighams of New York

I am researching my family tree. Two data points are: My great uncle was a Peter Bent Brigham who originated in Vermont and migrated to Boston, MA where he originated a chain of restaurants. He endowed what was the Peter Bent Brigham hospital (now Brigham and Womens) "for the poor and indigent" and died about 1907. My grandmother, Lucy Comstock Newcomb, was descended from a Mayflower passeger and she (lucy) was a member of the Mayflower Society until she resigned at the time of the Marian Anderson flap back in the forties. Any help would be appreciated.
