Daniel was my greatgreatgrandfather born 1800 in Guiliford County,North Carolina. Married Nancy Oakley who was born 1801 and died Nov.6,1838 is buried New Hope Cenetery North of Columbus,Indiana. Her marker reads (in memery of Nancy a consort of Daniel G. Brinkley 11-6-1838 in her 37 year.Their kids were William J. Brinkley born Oct.25,1830 Gates County,N.C.,Thomas Ephraim Brinkley born June2,1832 in N.C.,died Sept.20,1878 buried Hill Crest Cemetery,Holly Springs,Miss. of yellow fever epidemic which is what killed Daniel in 1878 but buried with 70 to 80 people at once.No official record of his death is found. Next kid Jesse W.M.A.Brinkley born 1835 in Indiana died 1915 buied Clear Creek Cemetery,Flynn County,Texas,and Sarah J.Brinkley born Aug.18,1835 in Indiana, Mary E. born in Indiana. He than moved Miss. and married Nancy Caroline Morris,Dec.19,1846, in Marshall County,Miss.and died 1915,buried Post Oak Cemetery,Oglesby,Texas,her marker reads "Grandma Caroline Brinkley 1915".Their kids are George W.,Sarah,Martha E.,Charles A., Missoui,Susie G.,Robert E. Lee,Herny Stonewall Jackson.Henry married Lively Eugenia Casey both buried in Post oak Cemetery .Robert E.Lee buried there also.Henry kids were Lee Alexander,Clifford Carlos,William Earl,Henry Kelse,Jesse Daniel,Emma Rivers,Frank Austin,Lillie Mae.
