The Ramsey/Brislin Families Home Page

These Ramseys are from a Charles C. Ramsey from Clay County, KY, born in 1831. He married a Martha E. Price in 1855, and we have no record of him after the 1860 census. The Brislins in this tree are descendants of John Joseph Brislin III, who was born in Pennsylvania in 1863. He married Mary Elizabeth Elkins, who was born in Wilmington, NC on October 6, 1868.
Both the Ramseys and the Brislins have roots in NC, SC, KY, and AL. The original ancestors immigrated from Ireland.
