I am particularly interested in information about my grandfather John Allee who lived in Delaware, Indiana. He married Anna Clephane from greater Cincinnati January 1, 1895 and fathered five children: Alexander, Martha, George, Francis and Pearl (my mother). He died soon after Pearl was born and the family retuurned to the Cincinnati area.

I am also interested in the ancestors of a Martha Jane Ware, who was born January 9, 1835 in Silver Grove,Kentucky and died June 8, 1923 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her father was James Ware and mother was Rebecca Edwards Ware (later Orr}, born December 18, 1810 and died January 2, 1896.

Her maternal grandparents were Dr. Uriah Edwards and Nancy Gregg. Her great grandfather in that linage were Uriah Edwards and Sarah Mathina, and great great grandfather was Jacob Edwards of Wales.
