The Barbara Daugherty Browning Family Home Page

On my fathers side of my family, his ggggg-great grandfather was Hiram M Daugherty of Wythe Co, Va. He married Kezziah Whitehead, the daughter of Francis Whitehead and Sarah DeBord.
My grandmother Pearlie Beatrice Martin was the daughter of Willis Martin and Barbara Rhorer of Cuba, Missouri. I was named for my great grandmother Barbara. I know nothing of her family. I would very much like to know of her family and Willis Martin. He moved to Pike Co, Ky after my great grandmother died.

On my mother's side of our family there is the ever famous fueding Hatfields and Browning families of Southern West Virginia. I dedicate this page to my Grandfather and Grandmother, Kennie and Susie Blankenship Browning, to my late mother Inez Jeffrey and to my sister Pat Daugherty.

I wish I had found all this information before their deaths so that I could have shared my joy of genalogy with them. I love genalogy and I know i have been bitten by this little bug.
