I am researching the HOPE line from Ray County, Mo from 1872. This line intermarried with the CRAVEN line. They were located in Campbell Co., Tenn. and also in Randolph Co., NC.This line has been researched back to PETER CRAVEN who was a potter and probably came from NJ . Timeframe 1712. Research is ongoing with the MOFFITT LINE and has been traced to Robert and Margaret Stuart Moffitt around the 1730's. The GRANTHAM has been researched to 1643 Edward Grantham. The CREECH line is being researched currently and progress has been slow. This line descended from Starkey Creech 1810 and is my mother's father's line. Would be appreciative of any information on these folks. We have just begun to research the BRODBECK side of the equation and consequently are not quite as far a long.Presently, we can prove back to Robert Wesley Brodbeck 1871.Are searching for documentation of his parentage. We suspect that Michael and Sarah Ann Emig Brodbeck are his parents but have not proven it as of yet.Timeframe for Michael and Sarah Ann's marriage is 1847 in the German Reformed Church in York Co.,Pa.Can anyone verify this as the correct parents? Other surnames: WHARTON, UTZ, CUBBAGE, PARKS. | |
