Martin V. Brown, ca 1836-1884 & first wife Menhalat Powers, ca 1844-1870 grave site at Shiloh Presbyterian Church yard, Dubois Co, Indiana. They had four sons, Martin, Thomas B., Clarence P. & David R. Brown. No record of what happened to first three. David R. died at age 23 from liver cancer.
The Shiloh Church has not been active since the 1880s but is maintained by preservation fund funded by descendants of members. Photo, April 1997. Church was founded in early 1840s.
