My son Levi S Masten all that tract of land upon which he now resides adjoining lands of William Moss the heirs of William Farquhar, Levi S Stephens the heirs of Asa Chambers and Jacob Hazelbaker to have and hold to him the said Levi S Masten his heirs and assign forever on condition that the said Levi S Masten shall pay to my seven daughters namely Elizabeth widow of Benjamin Masten, Mary wife of Robert Farquhar, Rebecca wife of James Harris, Matilda wife of John Scott, Louiz a wife of Joseph M Downs, Lucinda wife of Jacob Hazelbaker and Rachel wife of William Norcross the sum of $300 to be equally divided among them share and share alike. To my son Israel Masten all that tract of land upon which I now reside adjoining lands of John Melain, John Brown esq., Johnson Cunningham, James M. Wycoff and William B Nutt to have and hold ( same as above to 7 daughters) 10 children draw lots and that my 3 grandchildren (of my deceased daughter Nancy Nutt nameely Rebecca the wife of James M Cuory Junior, Sarah Louizia the wife of James Thomas Springer mentions wife Sarah Masten.
