Coleman - Myers -Yates - Strange - Brunn - Wettengel

The Colemans are descended from Robert Coleman of South Carolina, who fought in the Revolution with Francis Marion, and his wife, Prudence. The Myers family is also from South Carolina, near Florence, and may be from Germany originally. The Yates family is from Missouri (Platte County) and the Strange family is from Clay County, Missouri, via Kentucky and earlier from Virginia. Our Brunn family is from New York City, as are the Wettengels. They are originally from Germany.

I am eager to hear from anyone with whom we may have a connection. I am especially interested in Robert Coleman's parents, and in William Strange's parents.
