I am researching these surnames:
Jensen - Denmark/Germany prior to 1914; Jacob Peter Jensen, married to Kathrine Marie Tychsen, came to New York aboard the Graf Waldersee in 1914. I am looking for Jacob's family back in Denmark. Family legend says that Jacob's family name was changed from Goedtke (the spelling is suspect) either by Jacob or in the generation or two prior to Jacob. Jacob Peter Jensen was born in Als, Denmark.
