Upon the memorial of Benjamin Burret of Newtown in the county of Fairfield, administrator of the estate of Josiah Burret, late of said Newtown...real estate amounts to the sum of 12 Pounds and personal estate to the sum of 6 Pounds 11 shiliings 8 pence...debts...and allowance for the widow...amounts to the sum of 18 Pounds 7 shillings 7 pence, which surmounts the personal estate by the sum of 11 Pounds 15 shillings 11 pence...said Benjamin Burret to sell the lands of the deceased Josiah Burret to pay such debts...           

Renewed the covenant with Newtown Congregational church 3/17/1700.
