I am looking for a family that lived in a small area of Missouri. The main City is St. CharLes, the area is or was called Cotterville. I only know that they may have settled in mid 1800 and were farmers. My father was Emerson Gutermuth.I am looking for any information. I think his mothers maiden name was Thornbird, and my mothers maiden name was Barrett. I know that my father moved out of the area in the 1960's after a divore from my mother. I am mostly interested in information about his parents and cousins. I know he had no sisters or brothers. I am wiiling to share any thing I know with others who have same interest.
