I have been researching the Bubenik family surname for about 5 years. I have found many Bubeniks here in the united states as well as abroad. The furthest I have gone back is to my great grandfather John Bubenik, I continue to search for information on him, concerning, when he entered the united states and with whom did he come to the states with. I know that he entered through ellis island and settled in Brooklyn New York, he died during the enfluenza plague around 1914 along with several of his children. If you have information regarding him or any of his relatives I would be in great debt if you could share this information.
