William G. Long November 24, A. D. 1869 I leave these lines folded up in my will to show the reasons I did not mention my sons in the will, because I have advanced to them in land and other property to the amount of four hundred twenty five dollars each, and if my estate should not amount to four hundred twenty five dollars to each of my daughters as in the will, my sons pay nothing back, but if it should amount to more, that is to be equally divided among my sons and daughters. I want my daughter, S. M. Little, and my grand daughter, Mary Williams, to have out of the present crop, seventy five pounds meat, ten bushels corn, six bushels of wheat, each of them. This is to be taken as part of my will. Aaron Little Recorded Book 2, Pge. 38. , Clerk of Court's Office, Union CO, NC. Probated and proven by G. W. Flow, Probate Judge. |
