To all to whom it may concern, that I, T. B. Little, of the County and State above mentioned, being of sound mind and disposing memory, knowing that man is born to die sooner or later, I do hereby make and constitute this instrument of writing to be my last will and testament, revoking all other wills by me made.

First; It is my will that all my just debts, together with burial expenses, be paid.

Second; I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, J. C. Little, one hundred dollars. She being entitled to my pension, it is my will that my executor see after that matter for her. My wife, J. C. Little, being entitled to her dower under the law in and to my homestead. In case she can't stay on the homestead and keep it up, then it is my will that she and my heirs agree on a price for her lifetime right in said homestead, after paying her, my beloved wife, J. C. Little, a reasonable price, then it is my will that my estate be sold and equally divided among my children. It is my will that my beloved wife have all of her bedding, bedstead, and springs, they belong to her. Also dresser, clock and wardrobe and one trunk.
It is my will that my little business be settled quietly.

I hereby appoint and constitute R. D. Taylor my executor to this my last will and testament.
Signed and sealed at my home in Rison, Arkansas this 21 day of May, 1920.
