Samuel David Buerer was the sixth child of Gottleib & Henrietta Gerlach Buerer. He was born in Pierce, Illinois on 14 Sept 1859 and died in 1934. He was a farmer and steam engineer. He married Mary Elisabeth Zimmermann in 1882. They had two boys and three girls. For more information contact J. Nathan Buerer.
