This Home Page is a work in progress. I'm in the process of compiling additional information. I will be adding pictures, stories and additional tree information. I have collected a body of work that I want to post on my site. I have done some traveling to collect information and pictures for this site.

The family story is that DAVID BUHLER, was a Burger Miester of their village in Russia. His son DAVID E. BUHLER, and his wife ELIZABETH JANZ, went to Manitoba, then to Henderson, in Lincoln County, Nebraska. The information I received indicates that the migration to Manitoba and Nebraska happened between 1887 to 1893. After that they moved to Hodgville, Sask. about 1910.

The VOGT story is in many ways the collective story of the Mennonite, Germans from Russia. In addtion to the Mennonite story I want to share the personal stories of the lives of real people.

Our BOSCHEE,ECKMAN family are Germans from Russia also but with a different religious heritage. Please check the links below.
