Looking for information on my 4th great grandfather, Elijah Tinsley, born abt 1776. He married Sarah Hill in 1802 in Warren County, Kentucky. Was in Barren County according to the Census in 1810. 1820 was in Allen County Kentucky until death, I believe, which I think was somewhere between 1850 and 1860. Had Son, John , born March 8, 1804 and died July 13, 1866 in Elizabethtown, Illinois. John married Nancy Brooks, July 9, 1827, Allen County, Kentucky. Nancy parents unknown. Would like information on Elijah and his children and also would like to have information on Nancy Brooks. Also, looking for information on Ezekiel Justice, born 1800 in North Carolina, I believe. He married Cynthia Hill, June 5, 1823 in Allen County, Kentucky. He died 1885 in Allen County, Kentucky. Had daughter named Permelia who married John Thomas Tinsley, Dec. 25, 1848 in Sumner County, Tennessee. Any information would be appreciated. Will share what I have. |
