Marriage Notes for Edward Aviolet and Sarah: This marriage requires more documentation. Sarah is listed as Mary Ann and Susannah's mother in 1871 census, living with Mary Ann and husband Thomas Higham. She must however be their step-mother. There is a marriage registered in 1840 in GRO for Edward, but there is no Sarah in that trimester in the same district. There is a Sarah Brayley registered in July-Sep of the same year who may be his second wife.
