The Last Will and Testament of James Bunn,6 May 1795

In the name of God, Amen, I, James Bunn of the county of Franklin and state
of North Carolina being of Sound Mind, Memory and in my Senses thanks be to
God for it, but Calling to mind that it is appointed for all men Once to die
do make this my last Will and Testament, that is to say, such Worldly Estate
as it hath been pleased God to bless me with I dispose of in the following
manner.
Item.I give to my belovedWife Suckey the whole of my Estate that I now
possess Real and personal during her natural life or Widowhood, if she should
see cause hereafter to marry the Estate shall then come to an equal division
to them & each Child alike of the Real and personal Estate by making Sale of
the Estate except the land and Horses, in Witness Whereunto I have set my
hand and Seal the 6th day of May 1795
