William & Ann Burton were buried in the Primitive Methodist Church cemetery in the Village of Malvern, Township of Scarborough. The marker now lies flat on the ground. It reads, "William Burton died Jan 11, 1881 AE 73 yrs 2 ms also Ann Beloved wife of William Burton who died Jan 6, 1879 AE 78 yrs 1 Mo & 16 Days - Blessed are the dead which die on the Lord" Photo by Greg Burton Summer 1999.
