This is from cousin Julie in Arizona who I also met in genforum.com - she is a descendant of Didimia Wray, an older sibling of Ellison Wray that was born about 4 years before him. She has court records and such, some included, that not only tie in her Didmia with our Ellsion but connects Luke to Ellison and then Luke to Thomas and Alsey/Alcey (just as isin familysearch.org) I think we have enough to connect everyone now :) I have a lot more info that Julie has sent me in the mail and I will get some of that to you also. It is mostly xerox of old 1830s/40s writing which is very hard to read - I have been able to 'translate' most of it but got to get it written down to so that I can type it and send it. Julie's post was about Aley Wray who I suspected was our Elly Wray. I like when my assumptions pan out.

I forgot to tell you that I talked with Jan online yesterday and she has made connection with a descendant of one of the many children of James Travis and Mary Ann Clopton - she found that
person on genforum.com also.

I asked Jan if her side knew Faith's maiden name and if they had any info on Mary's mother, Catherine Frances, and she said they knew nothing but an old family bible that she has does mention Luke Wray but she said that they didn't know where he connected.
