Notes for Ludwig Dersham: Ludwig Dersham was a Revolutionary War veteran. He is buried at the New Berlin cemetery. After the death of his first wife Anna Eve, Ludwig later married Barbara Rearick, widow of William Rearick, of New Berlin. Proof of the marriage to Barbara can be found in Deed Book H, page 412, at the Union Co., courthouse in Lewisburg, PA. Ludwig's Last Will and Testament which was approved May 9, 1838 states that he had no children and named Michael Miller as Executor, who he had raised from a child. |
