Notes for Edward Green,Jr.:
I have not seen direct evidence that Edward Green "Jr." is the son of Edward Green "Sr.", but it is highly likely that there was more than one Edward Green, and it is at least possible that the elder had a son who bore his name.

Notes for William Bustard:
From http://www.infc.ulst.ac.uk/~dave/Bustard/Snippets/snip5.htm

"Claudius, John, and William Bustard are said to have arrived on the vessel "George and Ann" and settled, as many Irish immigrants did, in Lancaster, Chester County, Pennsylvania. While there is no proof, it is roundly believed that William Bustard (born either 1694 or 1708), along with many other Irish immigrants, traveled south through the Shenandoah Valley settling in Goochland, later Albemarle County, Virginia. The earliest proof of the presence of William and his wife Elizabeth (Wallace?) is recorded on a deed in 1734. Most of the Busters in American appear to descend from William and Elizabeth. Presently this numbers somewhere around 100,000 souls."

  Notes for Elizabeth Woods?:

      127. Unknown105,106, born 1710107,108.

  Notes for Unknown:
Some sources have given the wife's name as Martha Green. It is also said that Martha Green married Thomas Bracken, brother of John. Although the place of birth of Martha Green is not indicated, she must have lived with her husband in Orange County, N.C., for at least a time. She may have some connection to Obediah Green of Orange County. These Greens may also have come from Delaware. Researcher Henry Brackin Jr. says that the name of the wife of John Bracken is unknown. I have also seen indications that John Bracken married Catherine Adams, but I think that either she is a second wife or married to a John Bracken of a later generation.

Child of John Bracken and Unknown is:
63 i.   Mary Bracken, born 1742 in New Castle County, Delaware; died March 13, 1817 in Russell County, Virginia; married Col. John Tate.
