| Welcome to our humble home page.Our family genealogy research began in early 1998 when we decided to simply keep track of our immediate family's birthdays and other important dates. By mid 1998, at the request of my parents, I met my dad's first cousin who had been researching the Butler line. Through his guidance, I met other relatives across the country and have accumulated over 800 names in the Butler Family dating back to Daniel and Catherine Butler from Newberry, South Carolina in the mid 1700s. Other names in my family tree are: Adams, Alderman, Brown, Duncan, and Lee among many others. Kari started her family research of the Sanor family with the aide of her uncle. She also has names from the Vanzant family. Other names include Rutledge and Burris. We still consider ourselves beginners and are eager to share with anyone else who has a common interest. |
