I am researching the descendants of Thomas Butner, born April 9, 1741 in Maryland and married Sara Elrod. Thomas died at Hope, North Carolina May 27, 1781. Sara was born September 26, 1746 at Canewaga Creek, Pennsylvania and died November 5, 1833 in Bethabra, North Carolina. I am also researching the Stoehr, Schutz Leinbach, Lauer, Holder, Buhle, and Purdy Families.
