The Stanley C Butler Family Home Page

Although I've been living in Maryland for the past thirty years,I was born and raised in Roaring Spring, Pa. (about ten miles
south of Altoona in Blair County, Pa.). My father's ancestors
were woodsmen and charcoal burners for the iron forges throughout
Pennsylvania. My mother's ancestors were German and Swiss
farmers who came to America to escape religious persecution.
