I am researching the MOOCK, MUCH, MOOK, MUCK, MOCK family. Some other names found to be closely related to the family are REIMANN/REIMAN, SCHAUER/SHAUER, SHIELKIE, and HOFFMAN. The search area ranges from Germany, Prussia, White Russia, Poland (Lubin, Lodz, Kicin), Canada and the US.Currently, I am researching for information on August MUCH, born circa 1830 - 1845, born in possibly Austria or Prussia. He married Louisa RENTZ, born 1833 and she died 1912. They had a son, Emil MUCH, who migrated to Saskatchewan, Canada. I am looking for information on his sisters, but I do not know their names.I am also searching for information on John REIMANN born in Prussia around 1830.In addiditon to the MOOCK research, I am seeking information on the CAGLE genealogy. Cagle can also be spelled, KAGLE, KUGLE, KAEGLE, KEGILL. The last known name is Leonard KEGILL, born 1684 in Germany and died about 1750. I am searching for the name of his wife. One of his sons, John "Dutchman" CAGLE is the link to my husband's lineage.I am also searching for families related to the CAGLEs: SHERRARD, BERSTCH, BECKER, AND HAYNES.The CAGLE families have been linked in Germany, Ireland, England, USA, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, Idaho and California, at least. The CAGLE family migrated to the US on the ship the Loyal Judith in 1732. I believe the ship's path was from Germany to Denmark and then Carolyna. Which harbor? Also, any information on Soloman A SHERRARD from Boudeaux, France (in the outlying countryside) about 1780 and died in Virginia, USA, would be a big help. He married Elizabeth Fancine ? also born in France and traveled with his brothers of which there were four to Ireland to work in the potatoes and then to the US to Virginia. Two sons stayed in Virginia and later moved to Indiana, one went to West Virginia, and one to Illinois. I do not know all the sons names, I have Soloman S. and Issaic, and possibly Baker.Of the BECKER family I have very little. Only the name of my grandfather, Erich BECKER. He came to the US from Germany and settled in Newberg, Oregon. Any information would be greatly appreciated.Any information relating to the above families would be greatly appreciated. I am also willing to share any information I have or obtain as time goes by.
