My older brother, Donald O. Goins, Jr. with his 1st deer. He had gone out hunting alone despite what he had been told by Dad...while he was extremely excited about shooting the deer, he was apprehensive about Dad's reaction to hunting alone. Other people's reactions to him shooting the deer were: a younger cousin cried and was angry because Don 'shot Santa's reindeer', and a neighbor lady accused him of shooting her dog!
