Notes for James Lewis "Jim" ADAMS, Jr.: James Lewis Adams, Jr. was first married to Julia Morgan, b. 13 Feb 1898, d. 28 Oct 1918. They had one son, James Lewis Adams III, who was raised by my grandparents (James L. Adams, Jr. and Ethel Mabel Stevens) after their marriage. My uncle, James Lewis Adams III does not appear in this ancestor report although he was a descendant of James Lewis Adams, Jr. He was very rarely considered as and/or referred to as step-child or half-brother, and am therefore including this special notation in this report.
James Lewis Adams III, b. 21, Aug 1917, d. 10 Aug 1974, was married to Carrie Louise Garmon. I do not have the date of their marriage. They had no children, however she did have a child from a previous marriage, Barbara who was married to Charles Hamilton and they had two sons, Charles and Gregory Hamilton. I do not have any more specific information on these individuals at this time.
Please refer to the Index of Individuals for more specific information on James Lewis Adams III.
