Mr. Adams was born Sept. 10, 1883 at Ravenswood, Jackson, WV, a son of James and Martha (Mayle) Adams. He had lived in Zanesville for more than 60 years. He was a retired construction worker for the Dunzweiler Construction Co. and was a member of the Union Baptist Church. Surviving are his widow (Bess [PALMER]; 5 brothers, HARRISON Adams of Malta, James of 463 Pine St., Holly and George both of Washington Co. and Dwight, 148 Amazon HILL, a sister, Mrs. Mamie Dawson of Cleveland; two step-grandchildren and 9 step-great-grandchildren...Byers Funeral Home.
