Peris Burrows (son of Hubbard Daniel Burrows, Jr. and Sarah Avery) was born May 18, 1778 in Groton, Connecticut, and died Dec 03, 1838 in Deposit, New York. He married Debra Marie Wightman on Sep 30, 1802 in Groton, Connecticut, daughter of Isaac Wightman and Lucretia Packer.

Notes for Peris Burrows:
Was a farmer, worked in the lumber business, and served in the War of 1812. He emigrated from Groton, CT to Deposit, NY in 1801 with his brother Elisha Burrows. They are said to be of Scottish ancestry. Peris became a member of the First Baptist Church in Deposit on Sep 11, 1813.
