Carroll (Carrell) Family Missouri Connections

I am researching the Carroll/Carrell family that located to what is now Maries County, Missouri in the early 1800's. My research has taken me to 1839 when an administrator's letter was filed by Thomas Johnson for the estate of John Carrell. This letter lists his wife as Elizabeth and his four children as Eliza Ann, Sarah, James, and Philip. James is my paternal grandparent who lived and died in Maries County.

I have compiled all family information received into one tree in the hopes that I connect with someone who may have that "missing link".
