David J. Jilson of Attleboro says (in the 1880s) the intention of marriage was
entered in the RI records on 16 Feb 1723. Residence in Bristol, RI and Surinam.
A second marriage is mentioned in notes of his son, Number 619, born August
1743, Cyril on page 122. ". . . probably by 2d wife Huldah . . .".
Jilson also stated the children were born in Bristol, RI.

!Surinam = Suriname = Dutch Guiana. This country is located in the northeast
coast of South America between Guyana and French Guiana.
Misc Note: During the mid 1700s due to Dutch neglect and slave uprisings
the economy of the country suffered. Sugar was a main export to New England
during this time period.
