Dear Folks,

I had a difficult time standardizing picture formats for the CE CD 2001.  
Partly it was because of volunters using different scanning formats but mostly my fault for 
not knowing enough to stick to one picture format.

To help view the scanned pictures and books easier, the following FREEWARE graphic 
viewer program is suggested.

IRFANVIEW

Irfanview allows users to convert pictures files from one format to another.  
Unfortunately, I did not know about this until after publishing the CE CD 2001.   
Simply it is a graphic viewer program that (for example) converts gif files to jpg for easier 
viewing.  It can also convert or change other formats.  This is freeware.
