* Still Not Quite Back to Noah*

Updated September 6, 2000

My brother, William, feels that there would be merit it taking our family genealogy "back to Noah". I strongly doubt that I will accomplish that; but , even if that goal is not reached, I see the wonder and satisfaction in discovering our forebearers, and living connections.
Our known ancestors are William H. LILLEY and Eliza A. BOBBS, married circa 1870's, in Schuylkill Co., PA. They had five(?) children, among whom is my grandfather, William, who married Effie FORRY(FORREY), circa 1900, also in Schuylkill Co., PA.

My Mother's family is from Berks and Lancaster Co's, in PA; her lines are the LINES, SIEGFRIEDS, WOMELSDORFS, HEBELS, HAFERS, BOYERS. The earliest I have taken this line back is Abraham LINES, b. 1816; I think in Lancaster Co., PA. His Mother was Ann
something, born in 1790. Not quite back to Noah; not even back to whatever country they emigrated from; but I'm still working on it.

I'd be even less knowledgeable about our roots without FTW, as I am terrible at recordkeeping.

Any information that anyone reading this might have in regards to these surnames would be greatly appreciated.
