The Cashions of Tennessee and Texas

I am researching the CASHION family line that started in Virginia around 1720, later migrated to North Carolina, then to Lincoln County, Tennessee. My grandfather was born in Lincoln County at the end of the Civil War. His widowed mother moved her family to Johnson County, Texas, in 1878.
