I began researching my family in 2002, at the request of my Mother, Alice R. McGhee. I thought I wouldn't like looking up family history, for searching out family ties, but I was wrong.
When my Mother passed, I promised myself that I would keep the family tree growing until I could pass the responsibility on to other family members.
There are many surnames in our Family tree beginning with Spears, Handy, Harrell, Ramsey, Jones, McGhee, Franklin, Riley, Cash and more. The branches of our tree are many and it continues to grow. I have added as many branches as I have information on.
