| All my lines on my Mothers side(her Mom and Dad where second cousins) go back to the Roosa family. Aldert Roosa came to New Amsterdam(with his wife Wyntji,and 8 children) on a boat called "de Bonte Koe"(The Spotted cow).They left Amsterdam on April 16,1660. I welcome any additions or corrections that you might find here. My Dad's side,was not as easy,and have only been able to trace his lines,the Cashman,Erne,Hickey,Meiswinkle Families,back to the early 1800's.So any help is welcome here. Thanks to all that have helped me along the way. |
