CASTLEMAN FAMILY OF DAVIDSON COUNTY, TN.

Gentry Rothrock Castleman, now deceased, lived in Oklahoma and produced a 91-page genealogy of the Castleman family covering a lot of the family across the United States. I have a copy but no sources are shown. Would love to find someone who might have his files. His father was Gentry Columbus Castleman b. 9/27/1882 in Davidson Co., Tn. His father was Christopher Columbus Castleman b. 12/5/1837, Davidson County TN. His father was Lewis "Tip" Castleman born 12/10/1809 TN. His father was John Castleman, Jr. b. 1773 Pa. His father (apparently there is some assumption here) was John Hans Castleman, b. ca 1752. I am working on genealogies of all Castleman family members in middle TN (ie. Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson, Wilson Counties.) Were the three brothers, Lewis, David and Jacob, in Clarke County, Va. mid 1700's really descendants of the New York line or did they come separately from Holland??
