I am researching both sides of my family tree but can only concentrate on one at a time. So my first research is my paternal family. I am looking for any and all information related to Aloysius Ferrier who married Leona Stover of Maine. My grandfather is Aloysius Ferrier. He was born May 1889 and died July 1964. It's rumored that his real name was John. He sometimes used the alias Peter or John. It is also rumored that he jumped ship from England. This is ALL the information I have. I believe that he was born in England but I cannot find out any further records. According to the death records at my local city hall, his parents were John P. and Matelda Ferrier. These names are not confirmed though. I am also researching my paternal grandmother and ancestors. Her name was Leona Stover. She was born in Maine in Sept. 1900 and died May 1978. Her parents were John Stover and Minnie Giles of Gouldsboro and Winterharbor, Maine. I have no other information after this. This is just the beginning of a LONG LONG LONG list of names I am researching. All surnames that I am researching are: FERRIER, CASEY, CRAVEN, STOVER, CAMERON, GRIBBON, MAHAN among others to be discovered.If anyone has ANY relevant information that they could share I would VERY much appreciate it. I am also willing for share what little info in which I have and hope to acquire.
